The Care Quality Commission (CQC) want to hear from anyone with an ‘invisible condition’ and tell them about the care you receive, both good and bad. Conditions, including neurological, such as depression, arthritis, COPD, heart disease, diabetes are all non-visable to other people.
Because they cannot be everywhere all the time, the CQC can use this information to help them plan when, where and what to inspect. You could also stop someone else from experiencing poor care by letting the CQC know your experiences.
